We should all create an atmosphere in
our lives of faith on a daily basis so others may see and believe also for
their miracle healing from God. In order to create an atmosphere of FAITH we
need to acknowledge and believe in the fact that Jesus Christ is God’s precious
Son.
But the
Scripture has imprisoned everyone [everything—the entire world] under sin, so
that [the inheritance, the blessing of salvation] which was promised through
faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe [in Him and
acknowledge Him as God’s precious Son]. Galatians
3:22
Meditate on the good works of the Lord!
Think about His countless promises, boldly recorded in both Old and New
Testaments, revealing He is here to heal. Get lost in the words and works of
our Savior Jesus, who “God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy
Spirit and with great power; and He went around doing good and healing all who
were oppressed by the devil, because God was with Him.” (Acts
10:38) Don’t wait to arrive at the miracle service or crusade—create an
atmosphere through your own life that keeps faith high.
It is up to each person to allow the
Holy Spirit to develop this atmosphere of faith starting deep inside their
heart. When you allow this to take place in your heart it will grab hold of
your whole being giving you the courage to reach out to the Savior/Healer
Christ Jesus to receive the miracle God has in store for you. Once you do this
you will be able to boldly shout out like Bartimaeus to Christ Jesus to have
mercy on you and give you the miracle you have been praying for all the while
ignoring all the people who try to discourage you from receiving your miracle.
Then they came
to Jericho. And as He was leaving Jericho with His disciples and a large crowd,
a blind beggar, Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, was sitting beside the road [as
was his custom]. When Bartimaeus heard that it was Jesus
of Nazareth, he began to shout and say, “Jesus, Son of David (Messiah), have
mercy on me!” Many sternly rebuked him, telling
him to keep still and be quiet; but he kept on shouting out all the
more, “Son of David (Messiah), have mercy on me!” Jesus
stopped and said, “Call
him.” So they called
the blind man, telling him, “Take courage, get up! He is calling for you.” Throwing his cloak aside, he jumped up and came to Jesus. And Jesus said, “What do you want Me to do for you?” The blind man said to Him, “Rabboni (my
Master), let me regain my sight.” Jesus said to
him, “Go; your faith [and confident trust in My power] has made you well.” Immediately he regained his sight and began
following Jesus on the road. Mark
10:46-52
Opening his mouth, Peter
said:
“Most certainly I understand now that God
is not one to show partiality [to people as though Gentiles were excluded from
God’s blessing], but in every nation the person who fears God and does what is
right [by seeking Him] is acceptable and welcomed by Him. You know the
message which He sent to the sons of Israel, announcing the good
news of peace through Jesus Christ, who is Lord of all— you know the things
that have taken place throughout Judea, starting in Galilee after the baptism preached
by John— how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with great
power; and He went around doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the
devil, because God was with Him.
We must learn from the mistakes the
disciples made when Jesus sent them out to do the things they had witnessed Him
doing. We learn in Matthew
17 that in order to do those things
Jesus said we could do in His Name, we must believe in the POWER of His Name
having FAITH that His will be done in your life and the lives of those you pray
for in His Name.
When they approached the crowd, a man came
up to Jesus, kneeling before Him and saying, “Lord, have
mercy on my son, for he is a lunatic (moonstruck) and suffers terribly; for he
often falls into the fire and often into the water. And I brought him to Your disciples, and they were not able to
heal him.” And Jesus answered, “You unbelieving and perverted
generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I put up with you?
Bring him here to Me.” Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of him, and the boy was
healed at once. Then the disciples came to Jesus
privately and asked, “Why could we not drive it out?” He
answered, “Because
of your little faith [your lack of trust and confidence in the power of God]; for I assure you and
most solemnly say to you, if you have [living] faith the size of a mustard seed, you will
say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and [if it is God’s will] it will move; and nothing will
be impossible for you.
Matthew
17:14-20
{Jesus
used this moment to emphasize to the disciples that a person’s confident,
abiding faith combined with God’s power can produce absolutely amazing results,
if the request is in harmony with God’s will. God is fully capable of doing
that which man regards as impossible (Mark 14:36; James 4:3).}
Reading the Word
of God and learning how FAITH in God and the Power of His Son’s Name can move
the mountains in your life is a great way to increase your FAITH. Take a moment
and read Hebrews
11 how God was moved by the faith of those who chose to believe.
In Psalm
119:30 we learn that faithfulness is achieved by setting your heart on the
laws of God.
By putting your
FAITH in Christ Jesus you will know that it is only through the WILL of our
Heavenly Father that the things we do in Jesus name will be done.
Then they went
to a place called Gethsemane; and Jesus said to His disciples, “Sit down here until I have prayed.” He took Peter and James and John with
Him, and He began to be deeply distressed and troubled [extremely anguished at
the prospect of what was to come]. And He said to them, “My soul is deeply grieved and
overwhelmed with sorrow, to the point of death; remain here and keep watch.” After going a little farther, He fell
to the ground [distressed by the weight of His spiritual burden] and began
to pray that if it were possible [in the Father’s will], the hour [of suffering
and death for the sins of mankind] might pass from Him. He was saying, “Abba, Father! All things are possible
for You; take this cup
[of judgment] away
from Me; but not what I will, but what You will.”
Jesus encouraged
the disciples letting them know that through FAITH in HIM they would accomplish
the same miracles He did even to the point of doing greater things because He
was going to be with our Heavenly Father. Not only for the disciples but to ALL
who follow Jesus, Jesus will answer our prayers when we agree with other believers
asking in FAITH according to the Will of God.
I assure you and
most solemnly say to you, anyone who believes in Me [as Savior] will also do the things that I do; and
he will do even greater things than these [in extent and outreach], because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in My name as My representative], this I will do, so that the Father may
be glorified and celebrated in the Son. If you ask Me anything in My name, [as My representative], I will do it.
“Again I say to you, that if two
believers on earth agree
[that is, are of one mind, in harmony] about anything that they ask [within the will of God], it will be done for them by My Father in
heaven.
Let me encourage you with a final
thought on living in atmosphere of faith. Know that from the very beginning of
time GOD gave mankind dominion over EVERY LIVING thing. Let this Word from Genesis
1 increase your FAITH.
"And God blessed them, and God
said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue
it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air,
and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth." NOTE -
The red blood cells of your body already obey this verse, as they are being multiplied
and replenished every 80 - 120 days! Look at the POWERFUL
COMMAND God gave to mankind - subdue and have
dominion... over every living thing! Wow! That includes cancer, HIV; name your sickness________,
bacteria, parasites, viruses and all microorganisms that cause sickness and
disease. He gave the blessing, He gave the command, He gave you the
right - now do it. Put your foot down on sickness and disease and command it to
go - it has no right to stay - You are a blood bought child of God!!! Don't put
up with it another minute, subdue and take dominion!
If that does not get
you excited as a believer, I do not know what will!! God gave us dominion over
EVERY living thing!! Praise His Name!! It is so exciting to know that JESUS
wants us to do exactly what He did and even GREATER things than He did when He
was here on this earth. It is time to get out of our “comfort zones” and start
being what God has called us to be!! We are called to go out into this world,
lay hands on the sick, feed the hungry, comfort the hurting and show the Love
of God to this world so the world will KNOW that God is truly the ONE and only
TRUE GOD!!!
May the God who
created this world and everything in it give you the strength and courage to
have enough FAITH to reach out and receive your MIRACLE TODAY!!!
