The Downfall and Destruction of a Great Nation

The books used to swear in members of Congress included:
The Holy Bible, the Catholic Bible, the Eastern Orthodox Bible, the
Quran, the Buddhist Sutra,the Hindu Vera, the JPS Hebrew/English Tanakh, two
Constitutions for the atheist and more…
What is interesting to note here is the FACT that NOWHERE in the
Constitution or Laws in America does it say that members of Congress or the
Presidency must be sworn into office using the Holy Bible.
I use this FACT to point out to the Main Stream Evangelical Christian
that this is NOT a “Christian” Nation. It never has been and it never will be.
That this country is a “Christian” Nation has been the biggest deception of
Satan ever since this country was founded.
The forefathers of the Nation created a Constitution based on the
FREEDOM from the forced RELIGION of Europe. They made sure there was a LAW of
the LAND that allowed the FREEDOM of RELIGION. That FREEDOM was NOT based on
ONE RELIGION because that is what they came here to ESCAPE from.
That was Satan’s foothold into America to raise up a Nation that would
allow all kinds of FALSE Doctrines to abound, and ABOUND they do in this Nation
that claims to be “Christian”.
The Constitution mentions oaths of office twice.
Article VI,
Section 3 deals with members of Congress.
It reads, “The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the
Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial
Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound
by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution. …”
Article II,
Section 1 pertains to the president.
It says, “Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take
the following Oath or Affirmation: ‘I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will
faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to
the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the
United States.’” (Note
that the phrase “So help me, God” is not part of the oath. The words are often added,
but again, it’s just tradition.)
What we learn from the Constitution is that elected officials are by
oath bound to defend the Constitution – not a religious book they might for a
moment have their hand on.
Rashida Tlaib is the first
Palestinian-American woman to serve in Congress. Tlaib said she was considering
using Thomas Jefferson's centuries-old Quran during the ceremony, calling the
holy book a symbol that "Islam has been part of American history for a
long time."

President
James Madison approved the act of Congress purchasing Thomas Jefferson’s
private library. Intended to restock the Library of Congress after its previous
holdings were destroyed by British arson during the War of 1812, the transfer
of books from Monticello to Washington also highlights a forgotten aspect of religious
diversity in early America.
Among
the 6,487 books that soon traveled north, Jefferson’s 1734 edition of the Qur’an is perhaps the most surprising.
To those who want to perpetuate the myth that this is a “Christian” Nation, let me give you proof to the contrary based on the Word of God.
Thus says the Lord God, ‘This is Jerusalem; I have set her in the
center of the nations, and countries are around her. And she has rebelled against My ordinances more wickedly than
the [pagan] nations and against My statutes more than the countries that are
around her; for Israel has rejected My ordinances and has not walked in My
statutes.’ Therefore, thus says the Lord God, ‘Because you have more turmoil than
the nations which surround you and have not walked in My statutes, nor kept My
ordinances, nor observed the ordinances of the nations which surround you,’ therefore, thus says the Lord God, ‘Behold, I, I Myself, am against you,
and I will execute judgments among you in the sight of the nations. Ezekiel
5:5-8
We read in Psalm
65 - 70 how God will back a Nation as longs as they put Him first above all
wickedness. This Nation known around the world as the United States of America
is a cesspool of wickedness. This Nation is a Nation of “Christians” who have
given in to the enemy of God, Satan allowing all forms of Paganism to
infiltrate not only this country but all its churches.
When God looks upon America He sees a
Nation that has become a Nation like Sodom and Gomorrah Genesis
19. Not
only were Sodom and Gomorrah blazing ruins, but also Admah and Zeboiim and all the cities in the valley (Deut
29:23; Hosea
11:8).
In Ezekiel
16:49-50 we read “The
sin of your sister Sodom was this: She lived with her daughters in the lap of
luxury—proud, gluttonous, and lazy. They ignored the oppressed and the poor.
They put on airs and lived obscene lives. And you know what happened: I did
away with them.”
God will NOT
TOLERATE a NATION that allows every Pagan Religion and practices to dwell
within their midst.
In the Book
of Genesis 6-9 we learn that God has become so distraught over the
wickedness of His creation that He decided to destroy it in His grief. However,
we find the story of Noah right in time because Noah found favor in the eyes of
the Lord. God decided to allow Noah and his family to survive to replenish the
earth after He wiped it clean with flood.
We are once
again living in a world that is full of all kinds of wickedness and idolatry
and paganism. This very country we live in is becoming exactly like the Nations
God destroyed.
Looking at the “Religious
Leaders” in America that speak from the platforms of “Mega” Churches we find a
group of men and women who fall into the category of believers found in 2
Timothy 3:1-5 who are creating a Nation of lifeless believers;
“But understand
this, that in the last days dangerous times [of great stress and trouble] will
come [difficult days that will be hard to bear]. For
people will be lovers of self [narcissistic, self-focused], lovers of money
[impelled by greed], boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents,
ungrateful, unholy and profane, [and they
will be] unloving [devoid of natural human affection, calloused and inhumane],
irreconcilable, malicious gossips, devoid of self-control [intemperate,
immoral], brutal, haters of good, traitors,
reckless, conceited, lovers of [sensual] pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding
to a form of [outward] godliness (religion), although they have denied its
power [for their conduct nullifies their claim of faith]. Avoid such people and
keep far away from them.”
These unholy men
and women have not honored God by speaking the truth to the people; instead
they get up each week and give feel good messages to pacify a generation of
people who have turned from their God while focusing on the things this world
has to give them, which will lead to
their destruction and death.
I solemnly charge you in the presence of
God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His
appearing and His kingdom: preach the
word [as an official messenger]; be ready when the time is right and even
when it is not [keep your sense of urgency, whether the opportunity seems
favorable or unfavorable, whether convenient or inconvenient, whether welcome
or unwelcome]; correct [those who err in doctrine or behavior], warn [those who
sin], exhort and encourage [those who are growing toward spiritual
maturity], with inexhaustible patience and [faithful] teaching. For the time will come when people will not tolerate sound
doctrine and accurate instruction [that challenges them with God’s
truth]; but wanting to have their ears tickled [with something
pleasing], they will accumulate for themselves [many] teachers [one after
another, chosen] to satisfy their own desires and to support the errors
they hold, and will turn their ears away from the
truth and will wander off into myths and man-made fictions [and will
accept the unacceptable]. 2
Timothy 4:1-4
God warns His people about these ministers
of evil in Matthew
7:15-20;
“Be wary of
false preachers who smile a lot, dripping with practiced sincerity. Chances are
they are out to rip you off some way or other. Don’t be impressed with
charisma; look for character. Who preachers are is the main thing, not
what they say. A genuine leader will never exploit your emotions or your
pocketbook. These diseased trees with their bad apples are going to be chopped
down and burned.”
Look at the
world around you my friends. Everywhere you see Nations lying in waste because
of wars, you will find a people still holding on to their idols and pagan ways
hoping with NO HOPE that those FALSE gods will save them. Those Nations are now
poor and destitute because they did not chose God as their Lord.
It is time for
the people of the United States of America to WAKE UP to what is happening in
this Nation. Yes, there are people here who believe in the Lord God and serve
Him alone and yet we are surrounded more and more by the FALSE RELIGIONS
infiltrating this Nation bringing the Judgment of God upon this Nation.
“Christian” it
is time to stand up against the evil that is ruling this Nation by following
God’s command to pray for your leaders so God can change them and use them for
the betterment of the Nation 1
Timothy 2:1-3.
It is time to
put on the FULL ARMOR of GOD and wage Spiritual Warfare against the
principalities and powers and rulers of darkness that are controlling our
Nation. Read Ephesians
6:10-18 and apply it to your life every day. We are in a WAR against Satan
and his legions that can only be won by doing what our Heavenly Father has
commanded. Be strong my brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. We are in this
war together and together we will be victorious.
In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [draw
your strength from Him and be empowered through your union with Him] and in the
power of His [boundless] might. Put on the full armor of
God [for His precepts are like the splendid armor of a heavily-armed soldier],
so that you may be able to [successfully] stand up against all the schemes and
the strategies and the deceits of the devil.For our
struggle is not against flesh and blood [contending only with physical
opponents], but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world
forces of this [present] darkness, against the spiritual forces of
wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) places. Therefore, put on the complete armor of God, so that you will
be able to [successfully] resist and stand your ground in the evil day
[of danger], and having done everything [that the crisis demands], to stand
firm [in your place, fully prepared, immovable, victorious]. So stand firm and
hold your ground, having tightened the wide band of truth (personal integrity, moral courage) around your waist and having
put on the breastplate of righteousness (an upright heart), and having strapped on your
feet the gospel of peace in preparation [to face the enemy with firm-footed
stability and the readiness produced by the good news]. Above all, lift up the [protective] shield of faith with which
you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the
Spirit, which is the Word of God. With all prayer and petition pray [with
specific requests] at all times [on every occasion and in every season] in the
Spirit, and with this in view, stay alert with all perseverance and petition
[interceding in prayer] for all God’s people. Ephesians
6:10-18
Realize this Nation is NOT a Godly Nation;
it is a Nation full of ungodly people because the people of God have allowed it
to happen. Love your enemies, do good to
those who use you and stand strong in the POWER of the Word of God which is
sharper than any two edge sword.
But I say to
you, love [that
is, unselfishly seek the best or higher good for] your enemies and pray for those who
persecute you, so that you
may [show
yourselves to] be
the children of your Father who is in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on
those who are evil and on those who are good, and makes the rain fall on the
righteous
[those who are morally upright] and the unrighteous [the unrepentant, those who oppose
Him]. Matthew
5:44-45
For the word of
God is living and active and full of power [making it operative,
energizing, and effective]. It is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating
as far as the division of the soul and spirit [the completeness of a person],
and of both joints and marrow [the deepest parts of our nature], exposing and
judging the very thoughts and intentions of the heart. Hebrews
4:12
Know my friends that God will keep you
safe from the evil in this world as long as you put all your faith and trust in
Him. Don’t let yourself get caught up in the “MAGA” slogan that puts this
Nation above God. Put GOD first in your life, pray for this Nation and watch
the Hand of God move on our behalf. It is only through PRAYER and REPENTANCE that this Nation will ever see greatness again.
Yes, this Nation “United States of
America” has become a Nation of paganism and idol worship allowing all forms of
ungodly men and women to rise to power. It is also true that this Nation is
full of men and women who worship the ONE TRUE GOD and it is those people who
have found favor in the eyes of God therefore keeping this country from
destruction and ruin like all the Nations we see lying in waste.
But know this my friends; God will NOT
tolerate the sins of this Nation forever. There is coming a time when God will
allow the destruction of this Nation if it continues on the path in which it is
heading. I urge all my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus to be ready
for God to rescue you when that great and terrible day occurs. The fires of God
will burn this Nation to the ground because of all the ungodliness.
I pray the God of all creation give you
the knowledge to know and see the path this Nation is heading in and create a
fire deep in your souls to pray for the welfare of our Nation.
