Historically
the 4th of July is not actually about liberty and justice for all. It is a
toast to freedom for a few. The British people who came to this country to free
themselves from the RELIGIOUS RULES of Britain, fought and killed millions of
Native American Indians, stealing from them their land and their freedoms.
Inside the “Declaration of Independence” we read how the Congress at that time
viewed the Native America People when they called them “merciless Indian Savages, whose know rule of warfare, is an
undistinguished destruction of all AGES, SEXES and CONDITIONS.” Take a
moment and re-read that phrase again so maybe you will better understand what
you are celebrating on the 4th of July. The “rights and freedoms”
you enjoy on a daily basis was established by a group of racist men who had no
regard for human life, except for their race. The early settlers slaughter
millions of innocent lives in the name of God because they actually felt they
were a superior race.
This
Independence Day I pray you will reflect on this Declaration of Independence
and ask yourself why in the world anyone would want to celebrate this blazon,
racist holiday? Let these words, “We hold these truths to be self –evident, that all men
are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights that
among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
The words all men are created equal was a lie at this point in history because the Native Americas and the Black Americans
were NOT in the least created equal. This was another deception by FALSE
TEACHERS. It was through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the Cross that
actually tore down the wall between mankind {Ephesians 2:14-15} therefore making all of mankind one. TRUE EQUALITY comes only from the One who Created
ALL of mankind in His Likeness {Genesis 1:27, Psalm 67:4, Malachi 2:10, Romans 2:11, Galatians 3:26-29, Philippians 2:3-4}.
FALSE TEACHERS who introduce destructive
heresies are in the world today giving people a false sense of security and LIBERTY to live however they want to live
completely disregarding the Word of God. These are demonically influenced
individuals giving people the words “Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness
{2 Peter 2}.
We know that LIFE
comes through JESUS CHRIST {John 17:3, John 10:28, Romans 6:23} not a Declaration of
Independence.
TRUE LIBERTY
only comes to the person described in James 1:25 ~ But he who looks carefully into the perfect law,
the law of liberty, and
faithfully abides by it, not having become a [careless] listener who forgets
but an active doer [who obeys], he will be blessed and favored by God in what he does [in his life of obedience].
You will only be TRULY HAPPY in this life if you are pursuing a
relationship with the Creator of all things, Lord God Jehovah. We learn from
the Word of God that the pursuit of happiness can only be achieved through
knowing the one who gives you strength to do all things you need to do
including being content in all things. {Psalm 37:1-4, Jeremiah 29:11, Matthew 6:25-26, John 14:27-28, Philippians 4:4-13}
Independence Day (colloquial: the Fourth of
July) is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the
Declaration of Independence of the United States on July 4, 1776. The
Continental Congress declared that the thirteen American colonies were no
longer subject (and subordinate) to the monarch of Britain and were now united,
free, and independent states. The Congress had voted to declare independence
two days earlier, on July 2, but it was not declared until July 4.
As you
celebrate Independence Day with fireworks, parades, barbecues, carnivals,
fairs, picnics, concerts, baseball games, family reunions, and political
speeches and ceremonies, in addition to various other public and private events
celebrating the history, government, and traditions of the United States take a
moment to understand what this celebration is to the American Black People who
have been slaves to this system and still today are being pushed aside as
second class citizens. As this picture below states, America’s Black men and
women still suffer gross injustice and cruelty today.

that is the reading of “What to the Slave Is the Fourth of July?” speech by
Frederic Douglass which he delivered on July 5, 1852, in Corinthian Hall,
Rochester, New York, addressing the Rochester Ladies' Anti-Slavery Society.
While the majority of
American Citizens are celebrating their freedoms brought to them courteous of
the men and women who have fought in the many wars this country has sent them
to fight, many of us will be celebrating a different kind of freedom. You see
mankind’s freedoms brought to them through war and the destruction of human
life are not really true freedoms. Human blood spilt for freedom pales in
comparison with TRUE FREEDOM that came through the blood of ONE MAN, Christ
Jesus.
Christians who celebrate the
Nationalist Holiday, Independence Day {4th of July} have basically
turned from what it means to celebrate FREEDOM from NATIONALISM through Christ
Jesus into a LIE!!!
Nationalism celebrated by the
masses is a FORM of WORSHIP of one Nations sovereignty over another which Jesus
Christ Abolished while He was on this earth. Nationalism is “The Waste Land”
and those of us who follow Jesus Christ have been FREED from the “WASTE LAND”
and brought into the glorious light of the Kingdom of God which we have been
citizens through the blood of Jesus Christ.
Picture Independence Day
Celebrations and you will see a Nation of People basking in their Independence
from the Church and the ways of God, celebrating with flags and fireworks their
freedom to do whatever they want in this life. This picture is the perfect picture
of Satan’s Rule over humanity because they are worshiping at the foot of his
alters with their celebration of personal freedoms. Remember my friends the
Word of God says Satan and his demonic forces are now reigning over this world
so it is befitting that humanity celebrate his ways on not the ways of our
Heavenly Father.
Because we know that Satan
has principalities and powers and rulers of darkness ruling over this world
currently, God has given the believer the tools to overcome those powers
through the blood of Jesus Christ and the Armour of God {Ephesians 6:10-18}. Our greatest weapon is prayer. When the
people of God humble themselves before God, repent of their sins and pray for
their nations then God will open up the windows of heaven and heal their lands
{2 Chronicles 7:14}.

One of the more overlooked
ways in which Jesus brought God’s ethical ideal into full bloom — or as Matthew
5:17 puts it, one way he
“fulfilled” the Old Testament law and prophets — was by reorganizing God’s
followers from a nation into a church. He denationalized them, transforming
them from a typical earthly kingdom into the transnational, interethnic,
nongovernmental, nonviolent, geographically dispersed organization we call the
universal church.
Originally, God formed his
followers into the uniquely theocratic, demilitarized, morally advanced nation
of Israel; A nation for sure, but by today’s standards, a largely
non-nationalistic one. Eventually, the Israelites tired of being different and
asked God for a king “such as all the other nations have” (1
Samuel 8:5), one “to go out before us
and fight our battles” (8:20).
So God, in one of his many Old Testament concessions, lovingly accommodated
them.
But God also allowed such
human-led nationalism to run its naturally destructive course. For the next
seven centuries, the Israelites found themselves entangled in typical
nationalistic struggles — political exile, a return home, rebuilding efforts,
struggles for independence, and additional defeats. When Jesus arrived, Israel
was under Roman occupation and struggling to keep its national identity alive.
It was this nationalistic context that shaped the Israelites’ expectations for
God’s promised Messiah, who they hoped would resuscitate their national
sovereignty.
But when Jesus arrived, he would
have none of it. He didn’t gather God’s followers and take back territory,
militarily or otherwise. Instead, he repeatedly declined to adopt any and every
aspect of nationalism. He unequivocally rejected typical kingship, declining
the devil’s offer of control over all the kingdoms of the world, refusing to
use his supernatural powers for political gain, running from a crowd that
wanted to enthrone him, waiting to announce his Messiahship until he could
redefine it to exclude nationalism, choosing to ride on a donkey instead of a
war horse during his inauguration parade, and eventually declaring himself king
of all people and all nations, not just Israel.1 Likewise, he
shunned all political power and commanded his followers to do the same,
instructing them not to “lord it over” others, sending them into the world as
sheep among wolves (not as a well-organized army), scattering them across the
globe as foreigners, exiles, and sojourners whose primary citizenship is in
heaven, and ordering them to put their swords away instead of defend him (let
alone a nation), while also definitively proclaiming to the Romans that his
followers do not fight.2
Jesus’ anti-nationalism was
most evident in his open inclusion of Gentiles. Since the start of God’s direct
intervention into human history, membership in his kingdom had been tied to
Israelite ethnicity/citizenship. Israel alone was God’s chosen people. Then
Jesus began welcoming anyone who believed in God and sought to do his will. He
made membership available to everyone.
In fact, not only did he welcome gentile believers, he actively sought them
out.3 And he commanded his apostles to do the same,
instructing them to preach the gospel to all
peoples and ordering them to “go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew
28:19), which they did.4
Such inclusivity was always
God’s goal. He simply used one group of people (Israel) to forge a path to all
people. From the beginning, the Bible frequently tells us God chose Israel and
set it apart not as an end in itself but as a means of blessing all people and
all nations.5 Paul called God’s use of Israel for such a
purpose “the gospel in advance” (Galatians
3:8).
That’s why Jesus dissolved
the political barriers that typically divide people and erased the morally
arbitrary lines we call national borders. To paraphrase Paul, Jesus united Jew
and Gentile. He “made the two groups one and has destroyed the barrier, the
dividing wall of hostility … to create in himself one new humanity out of the
two … and in one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross” (Eph.
2:14-16). For in God’s fellowship, “There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither
slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ
Jesus” (Galatians
3:28).6
Jesus’ command to love our
enemies had the same effect.7 It was the ultimate border
destroyer. Because of it, there are no longer neighbors and non-neighbors.
There are only neighbors. There are no longer natives and foreigners.
There are only natives. There are no longer insiders and outsiders.
There are only insiders. There is no longer an “us” and a “them.” There is only
“us.”
Jesus wasn’t merely
non-nationalistic. He was anti-nationalistic. He didn’t merely fail to meet
Israel’s nationalistic expectations. He theologically terminated them. He made
a conscious, concerted effort to forever erase nationalistic divisions from
among God’s followers. He definitively declared statehood to be inappropriate
for his followers. According to Jesus, God doesn’t want us to make America into
a Christian nation. He wants us to be the church. Hence the Bible doesn’t
merely fail to support Christian nationalism. It warns against it.
Furthermore, Jesus didn’t
merely reorganize God’s followers. He reconfigured their entire identity.
Before Jesus, they were identifiable primarily by their unique nationalistic
characteristics — the worship of only one God, a slightly advanced moral code,
unusual ceremonial laws, different religious rituals, a restrained warfare
policy, etc. After Jesus, they were set apart by their uniquely
non-nationalistic characteristics — their border/race/ethnicity-transcending
inclusiveness and self-sacrificial love of everyone, even enemies. Therefore,
what was once productive is now counterproductive. The nationalism that previously
contributed to the distinctiveness of God’s followers now negates that
distinctiveness.
Advancing God’s kingdom on
earth today requires transcending political power struggles and nationalistic
entanglements, Trump-like or otherwise, to express God’s equal and
unconditional love for all people. In the way of Jesus, it means refusing to
allow our love to be limited by national boundaries. It means living as a
set-apart people whose existence bears witness to a wholly different type of
kingdom, an all-inclusive one.
Therefore, any Christian
nationalism today, any Christian-related favoring of one nation’s citizens over
another’s is ethical backsliding. It reverses what Jesus accomplished by
reintroducing ethnic and political membership criteria, by resurrecting the
dividing wall between Jew and Gentile, and by turning neighbors back into
enemies. Just as Old Testament Israel rebelled against God by demanding a king
“like the other nations,” Christians today rebel against God by prioritizing
their national interests above universal love “like the other nations.”
Christians are principally
citizens of a higher kingdom and we must act like it.

Wow, that is some serious insight into the
heart of our Father in Heaven who truly wants the best for His children. You see my friends that celebrating Independence is the exact
opposite of celebrating your Dependence on Jesus Christ for TRUE FREEDOM!!!
Today I want you to know that
you are truly free in Christ Jesus {John 8:36}. We learn from reading and studying God’s
Word that through Jesus Christ we are given the power to be overcomers {TRUE
FREEDOM}.
John 16:33 ~ I have told you these things, so that in Me you may
have [perfect] peace. In the
world you have tribulation and
distress and suffering, but be
courageous [be confident, be undaunted, be filled with
joy]; I have overcome the world.
[My conquest is accomplished, My victory abiding.]
Romans 8:29-39 ~ For those whom He foreknew [and loved and chose
beforehand], He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son [and
ultimately share in His complete sanctification], so that He would be the
firstborn [the most beloved and honored] among many believers. And those whom
He predestined, He also called; and those whom He called, He also justified
[declared free of the guilt of sin]; and those whom He justified, He also
glorified [raising them to a heavenly dignity]. What then shall
we say to all these things? If God is for us, who can be [successful] against
us? He who did not spare [even] His own Son, but gave Him up

in you is greater than he (Satan) who is in the world [of sinful mankind].
1 John 5:4-5 ~ For everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world; and this is
the victory that has conquered and
overcome the world—our [continuing, persistent] faith [in Jesus the Son of
God]. Who is the one who is victorious and overcomes the world? It is the one who believes and recognizes the fact that Jesus is
the Son of God.
Revelation 12:11 ~ And they overcame and conquered him {Satan and his
demonic forces} because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of
their testimony, for they did not love their life and renounce their faith even when faced with death.
Know today that by the Grace
of God through His Son, Jesus Christ you can be set free from the bondage of
this world which is controlled by Satan {1 John 5:19}. Jesus Christ will completely and forever
free you as you continue to follow Him and practice the ways of the Kingdom of
God in your life. Jesus Christ is the ONE who tore down the barriers that
separated mankind from each other and declared we are all one through Him.
It has always been and
continues to be mankind that builds walls to separate because of their false
sense of freedom and superiority.
It is time that the TRUE
FOLLOWERS of CHRIST JESUS come out from among the rest of the world {2 Corinthians 6:17} and stand firm on His Word {1 Corinthians 16:13-14}, giving Him all the praise
and glory for our TRUE FREEDOM!!!

nature (worldliness, selfishness), but through love serve and seek the best for one another.
Galatians 6:7-10 ~ Do not be deceived, God is not mocked
[He will not allow Himself to be ridiculed, nor treated with contempt nor allow
His precepts to be scornfully set aside]; for whatever a man sows, this and this only is what he will reap.
For the one who sows to his flesh [his sinful capacity, his worldliness, his
disgraceful impulses] will reap from the flesh ruin and destruction, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from
the Spirit reap eternal life. Let us not grow weary or become discouraged in doing good,

enemies of the cross of Christ [rejecting and opposing His way of salvation],
whose fate is destruction, whose god is their
belly [their worldly appetite, their sensuality, their vanity], and whose glory is in their shame—who
focus their mind on earthly and
temporal things. But [we are different, because] our citizenship is in heaven.
And from there we eagerly await [the coming of] the Savior, the Lord Jesus
Christ; who, by exerting that power which enables Him even to subject
everything to Himself, will [not only] transform [but completely refashion] our
earthly bodies so that they
will be like His glorious resurrected
body.
1 John 5:19 ~ We know [for a fact] that we are of God, and the
whole world [around us] lies in the power of the evil one [opposing God and His
precepts].

The Truth behind the
"Statue of Liberty"
The name
"Ashtoreth" itself contains the syllable "tor" [tau resh,
or TR in Hebrew] which means "to be round," or to
"surround," suggesting a structure of a wall, or turret.
"Ash-turret" literally means the "woman that made the
encompassing wall," and the "tor" in Ashtoreth can signify
"tower." In other words, Ashtoreth, Ishtar, or our modern EASTER or
Eas-tor literally means TOWER WOMAN!
Does this description
really fit the "Statue of Liberty" towering on an island in New York harbor,
at the mouth of the Hudson River?
The Babylonian heritage
of the "Statue of Liberty" should come as no real surprise to YHWH's
people. Her identity is written in her shape. She stands on a base patterned
after the Babylonian stepped-pyramids, or ziggurats, of old -- which themselves
were designed by the "tower" woman Semiramis and her architects. She
stands literally on a base patterned after the tower of Babel! She wears a
turreted crown, like Rhea, Cybele, Diana, and the pagan goddesses who were counterparts
of Semiramis. She stands as a universal symbol of "liberty," apart
from the laws and commandments of YHWH. She represents the
"emancipation" of mankind, and "immigration" and
"unity" and the coming together of many races to become one universal
mankind, all peoples coming together to one land, uniting the nations as
"one," with one language.
This is exactly what
ancient Nimrod and Semiramis tried to do at the original "Tower of
Babel," but El-Shaddai defeated their attempt by scattering the nations
and confounding their languages (Genesis
11:1-9).
Consider for a moment:
The "Statue of Liberty," standing on Liberty Island, is one of the
largest statues ever made. Its proper name is "Liberty Enlightening the
World." The statue represents a proud woman, standing on a huge pedestal,
with her right arm extended, holding high a flaming torch. A turreted crown
with huge spikes symbolizing the rays of the sun rests on her head. At her feet
is a broken shackle symbolizing the overthrow of "tyranny." The
statue stands 151 feet in height, weighs about 100 tons, and stands on a
Babylonia style tower which is 154 feet high.
In her poem "The
New Colossus," Emma Lazarus calls the "Statue of Liberty" the
"Mother of Exiles." But the truth is, she is the "Mother of
harlots and abominations of the earth" (Revelation
17:5). The liberty she promises is slavery to this world's system.
El-Shaddai abhors this
world's evil system, based on the system begun in ancient Babylon by Nimrod and
Semiramis. New York City, the modern Babylon, and banking capital of the world,
home of Wall Street, and every wicked vice and every financial fraud and
deceit, is the symbol of this world's system of financial enslavement and
captivity. It is only fitting, in a sense, that the statue of the original
"Queen of Heaven," the "goddess of fortifications," the
Queen-Mother of Babylon, also known as Isis, Cybele, Feronia, Ishtar, Astarte,
Ashtoreth, and Easter, should sit astride an island at the mouth of her
world-renown harbor, beckoning to the world, "Come hither."
But El-Shaddai, our
Father in heaven, says, to the contrary, "Flee fornication" with this
world's evil and corrupt system of rebellion against El-Shaddai and His laws (I
Corinthians 6:18). Paul says, "Be not unequally yoked together with
unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And
what communion hath light with darkness? What concord hath the Messiah with
Belial? Or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement
hath the temple of YHWH with idols? for YE are the temple of the living Elohim:
as YHWH hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their
Elohim, and they shall be my people. Wherefore COME OUT FROM AMONG THEM, and be
ye SEPARATE, saith YHWH, and touch not the unclean thing [or crooked business
deal, or pagan doctrine or practice!]; and I will receive you, and will be a
Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith YHWH
Almighty" (II
Corinthians 6:14-18).
To
come out from it we must first of all identify it. Babylon stands identified --
and the statue to the Babylonian Queen of Heaven, known as the Statue of
Liberty, also stands revealed! May YHWH help us to "Come out of
Babylon" in every way!
